DUBAI SET FOR 5-STAR LINE UP THIS NOVEMBER FOR ‘DIWALI ROCKS’!
This Diwali will see an array of international musical superstars, coming together for the first time, to perform at ‘Diwali Rocks’, the biggest Bollywood and Asian music concert in Dubai this year!
Taking place onFriday 16th November at The Aviation Club, Tennis Stadium, Diwali Rocks is set to light up Dubai like never before, showcasing the best South Asian talent from across the globe.
Headline partners City 1016 FM have announced the concert in explosive fashion, revealing one star performer per day across the station, regarded Dubai’s number one Bollywood platform. First to be announced are RDB, one of Bollywood’s finest talents. Producers, singers, DJ’s and performers RDB will take the Diwali Rocks stage by storm! Accompanied by female vocalist Nindy Kaur, the trio will perform all their well-known hits such as ‘Singh Is King’, ‘Sadi Gali’ and ‘Aloo Chaat’.
Joining on stage for his first concert in Dubai will be playback singer Ash King. The British artist has rose to prominence in the last 12 months with back-to-back international hits from some of the most successful Bollywood films. He will perform popular numbers such as ‘I Love You’ (from Salman Khan’s ‘Bodyguard’), ‘Te Amo’ (‘Dum Maro Dum’) and ‘Aunty Ji’ (‘Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu’).
The third act is regarded as the Queen of Bollywood rap, Hard Kaur is set to rock in Dubai this Diwali! India’s first female commercial rapper, she has been a dominant force in the Bollywood music industry over the last 5 years and fans can expect to hear hits such as ‘Char Baj Gaye’ (from ‘F.A.L.T.U’), ‘Move Your Body Now’ (‘Kismat Konnection’) and ‘Laungda Lashkara’ (‘Patiala House’)
Joining the all-star line up is an artist who has sent seismic waves throughout the Asian music world. Imran Khan is undeniably one of the biggest stars on the planet and will bring immense star power at Diwali Rocks! Performing well-known hits such as ‘Amplifier’, ‘Bewafa’ and ‘Ni Nachleh’, Imran Khan’s energy will ensure a night not to be missed at the Aviation Club.
The last artist to be revealed, completing the 5-star musical extravaganza is ‘The Badshah of Bollywood’ Mika Singh.He will grace the stage at Diwali Rocks for an all action performance on 16th November! Fans will have the chance to experience the star singer performing his most loved and most recent Bollywood hits including ‘Subha Hone Na De’ (from ‘Desi Boyz’), ‘Pungi’ (‘Agent Vinod’), ‘Dhinka Chika’ (‘Ready’) and ‘Dhanno’ (‘Housefull’).
Diwali Rockswill see 5 of the most talented and popular South Asian artists come together for a concert to mark the festival of Diwali.
