Salman Khan's forthcoming film Ek Tha Tiger, slated for Independance release, has hit another controversy as Vikram Vashishtha, nephew of real life spy (late) Ravindra Kaushik, has sent a legal notice to the production company (Yash Raj Films) asking for a special screening of Ek Tha Tiger.

The copies of the legal notice have also been sent to Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) and the Film & TV Producers Guild and Film Federation of India.

Vashishtha claims that the promos of the film bore a resemblance to his maternal uncle's experience during his life as an officer with RAW (when stationed in Pakistan) and hence his family has sought legal assistance to either have a look at the original script or view the film before it releases.
