President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan said the UAE will continue to support all efforts aimed at ensuring regional prosperity, and stressed the country's firm belief in the benefit of cooperation between Gulf nations.

The UAE has launched its Industrial Decarbonisation Roadmap with the aim of reducing industrial carbon emissions by 2.9 gigatonnes until 2050.

More than 60 nations have signed up to a pledge at COP28 with commitments to reduce the climate impact of the cooling sector.
