Whether you regularly read the news or while away the hours scrolling on social media, chances are that the name Ajit Jalhari rings a bell – right? For the uninitiated, the security guard (a Transguard Group employee who works at Dubai Hills Golf Club) recently spotted a helpless little gazelle that was both wounded and dehydrated.
And what did Ajit do? Respond will behaviour that will just about restore your faith in humanity – he helped the animal into his shaded golf cart and gave it a drink of water out of the palm of his hand. Luckily for us, the moment was captured on video that soon went viral, resulting in the Nepal native being officially recognised by Transguard Group. Small acts of kindness FTW!
