Russia is opposing a draft UN Security Council resolution that calls for new elections in Venezuela, and will instead prepare its own.
Russia’s UN envoy Vasily Nebenzya has described it as "completely unbalanced."
But as Dan Ashby reports, it's likely that all the UN resolutions won't get passed.
