Russia will start evacuating its citizens from Wuhan, the epicentre of coronavirus epidemic, on Monday.

According to Deputy Prime Minister Tatiana Golikova, there are more than 600 Russians in the Chinese city.

Meanwhile, the country, which has reported two cases of the coronavirus, has suspended direct passenger trains to China as the death toll hits 361.

Moscow has also suspended direct passenger trains to China, after earlier restricting direct flights to the country.

On Monday, Australia also evacuated 243 of its citizens and permanent residents from Wuhan and moved them into a quarantine facility on a remote island off Australia's northwest coast.

It comes as the US plans "a handful more flights" to bring Americans home from China's Hubei province.
