1,084 new COVID-19 cases in UAE

The UAE has confirmed 1,084 new cases of COVID-19 from 242,117 tests in the past 24 hours.

Another 890 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 974,601.

No new deaths have been reported, with fatalities remaining unchanged at 2,335.

A total of 995,777 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 18,841 are currently active.
