The UAE confirmed 1,518 new cases of COVID-19 from 280,747 tests on Sunday.
Another 1,490 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 628,290.
Six patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 1,866.
A total of 650,220 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 20,064 are currently active.
The Ministry of Health conducts 280,747 tests as part of its plans to expand the scope of the tests, and reveals 1,518 new cases of the #Coronavirus, 1,490 recoveries and 6 death cases due to complications. #TogetherWeRecover
