The UAE has sent five more aid convoys to Gaza carrying 683 tonnes of food and shelter supplies this week under Operation Chivalrous Knight 3 to support Palestinians amid the difficult conditions in the Strip.
The convoys were prepared and loaded onto 67 trucks at the UAE humanitarian aid logistics centre in Egypt's Al Arish.
The UAE had earlier sent out 663 tonnes of supplies during the first week of August, with plans to continue its efforts to provide Palestinians with the essential needs through the continuous dispatch of relief and food aid convoys.
