China has found three potential drugs to fight COVID-19, that's according to Ni Jian, the Chinese Ambassador to the UAE.
In an interview to national news agency, WAM, the diplomat explained 16 contingency projects are being carried out and a vaccine will be ready within three months.
He also mentioned that the Chinese Embassy in Abu Dhabi and the Consulate General in Dubai are operating a 24-hour consular assistance hotline to help any patients or families with regards to the Coronavirus.
Jian claims 12,000 patients in China have been cured and new cases outside Hubei province, the epicentre of the outbreak have seen a 14-day consecutive drop.
