The UAE has sent four convoys carrying humanitarian aid and special clothes for Eid Al Adha to Gaza last week as part of efforts to support the Palestinian people under "Operation Chivalrous Knight 3".
The convoys included 60 trucks carrying 930 tonnes of food and crucial aid. Of these, 540 tonnes were clothing provided by Emirates Red Crescent to help families in Gaza celebrate Eid.
Humanitarian workers in Al Arish prepared and loaded the convoys at the UAE's aid logistics hub in the Egyptian city, national news agency Wam reported.
‘Operation Chivalrous Knight 3’ underscores the UAE’s ongoing efforts to alleviate the suffering of the Palestinian people through humanitarian aid and the provision of essential needs, reflecting the country’s longstanding approach to help those in need.
