The UAE air defences are dealing with further missile and drone threats from Iran, with the latest alert issued on Wednesday at 1:41pm.
Authorities confirmed that sounds heard were a result of successful air defence interceptions.
The public has also been reminded to head to a safe location and follow official channels for updates.

A number of alerts have been issued on Wednesday - 12:31 am, 3:31 am and 4:05 am, and at 11:27 pm on Tuesday.
