The UAE has strongly condemned and denounced the Houthi militias' attempts to attack civilian neighbourhoods in Saudi Arabia's Khamis Mushait.
The recent attack was defused after the Coalition Forces intercepted the explosive-laden drone.
In a statement released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MoFAIC), the UAE reiterated that these attacks by the Houthis reflect their blatant disregard for the international laws.
The Ministry urged the international community to take immediate steps to stop these recurrent acts that threaten the security and stability of the Kingdom, as well as global energy supplies.
The country renewed its full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and stressed that any threat facing the Kingdom is considered an attack on the UAE.
