Afghanistan's cricketers are continuing to impress heading in to this summer's ICC Cricket World Cup.

They beat Scotland by two runs via the Duckworth Lewis method in Friday's second One Day International (ODI) at Edinburgh to seal the two match series 1-0.

Chasing 325 for 7, Afghanistan kept up with the required run rate as rain forced play to be called off in the 45th over.

Rahmat Shah hit a stroke-filled hundred to help the visitors reach 269 for 3.

Afghanistan will now take on Pakistan on May 24 as they continue their tour of England and Scotland.
