Cricket: Smith and Burns put Australia in the driving seat

Australia have taken control of their second Test against New Zealand. In response to the Black Caps 370, the tourists resumed on day two on 57-1 and at stumps had reached 363-4. Steve Smith hit 138, whilst Joe Burns’ 170 represented the highest score by an Australian opener in New Zealand. If Australia go on to win the series, they’ll return to top spot in the Test rankings.
