Djokovic eases into second round at US Open

World number one Novak Djokovic is safely through to the second round of the US Open.

The defending champion easily beat Spain's Roberto Carballes Baena in straights sets at Flushing Meadows.

He'll now face either Sam Querrey or Juan Ignacio Londero in the next round.

Elsewhere, Kei Nishikori, David Goffin and Stan Wawrinka have also made it through to the next round.
