England make changes ahead of final Test

A struggling England side have dropped wicket-keeper Ben Foakes and recalled Keaton Jennings for their final Test against the West Indies.

The tourists have already lost the series after heavy defeats in Barbados and Antigua.

The third and final match gets underway in Saint Lucia on Sunday.
