Stuart Lancaster has left his role as England Rugby Union coach. It follows a disappointing campaign for the England team who failed to qualify for the knock-out stages of the Rugby World Cup. Lancaster won 28 out of the 46 games that he was in charge, but losses to Wales and Australia in the World Cup's "group of death" meant that the hosts were eliminated in the pool phase.
