10-man Ghana were held to a draw against Benin in their Africa Cup of Nations clash.

The 2-2 score-line saw both Andre and Jordan Ayew score for Ghana, who are four-time champions.

Meanwhile, Cameroon defeated Guinea-Bissau 2-0 in Group F's other game on Tuesday night.

Wednesday's matches feature Nigeria taking on Guinea, Uganda facing off against Zimbabwe and hosts Egypt playing Congo.
