WAM

Al Ain will host the 6th IMMAF Youth World Championships in July, marking the first time the event is held in the Al Ain Region.

More than 1,000 young athletes from 60 countries are expected to compete in the championship taking place from July 21-27 at the ADNEC Centre.

Organised by the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation and hosted by the UAE Jiu-Jitsu and MMA Federation for the fourth consecutive year, the event highlights the UAE’s growing role in staging major international sports competitions.

Al Ain was chosen for its modern infrastructure and strong tourism and cultural appeal, offering athletes a unique blend of world-class facilities and heritage experiences.

Organisers say preparations are well underway to deliver a successful championship that reflects the UAE’s commitment to youth development and global sports excellence.
