Golf: Scott ends PGA title drought

Adam Scott has won his first PGA Tour event in two years, claiming the Honda Classic title. The Australian carded a final round of level-par 70 in windy conditions at Palm Beach Gardens in Florida, to finish on nine-under overall. That was a shot ahead of Sergio Garcia, who had been level before bogeys on the 16th and 17th holes. It’s Scott’s 12th PGA victory, and his first with a conventional putter since 2010.
