Lewis Hamilton claimed the pole position at the Yas Marina circuit on Saturday for the season-ending F1 Etihad Airways 2019 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

He clocked a late lap in one minute and 34.779 seconds to outpace Mercedes team-mate Valterri Bottas.

The Finn, however, will start from the back of the grid after collecting penalties for taking new engines.

Red Bull's Max Verstappen completes the front row, ahead of the Ferrari duo of Charles Leclerc and Sebastian Vettel.
