India build strong platform against West Indies

India have ended the first day of their second Test against the West Indies on 264 for 5.

Skipper Virat Kohli and opener Mayank Agarwal both hit half centuries in tough conditions at Jamaica's Sabina Park.

The tourists have 1-0 series lead after winning the first Test at Antigua by 318 runs.

Day two gets underway at 5:30 pm UAE time.
