India thrashed in World Cup warm-up

India have suffered a heavy defeat in their first World Cup warm-up match.

They lost to New Zealand by six wickets at The Oval after being bowled out for just 179.

Meanwhile, Australia beat England by 12 runs in their warm-up encounter at Southampton. 

Sunday's warm-up matches include Bangladesh taking on Pakistan and West Indies locking horns South Africa.

Both matches get underway at 1:30 pm UAE time.
