Mumbai Indians have beaten Royal Challengers Bangalore by 5 wickets at Wednesday's match in Abu Dhabi.

Virat Kohli said Mumbai Indians stopped Royal Challengers Bangalore "20 runs short."

Jasprit Bumrah's three-wicket haul helped Mumbai Indians to restrict Royal Challengers Bangalore to 164/6 in the allotted twenty overs.

Mumbai have almost cemented their place in the playoffs with 16 points in 12 games, while Bangalore are in second position with 14 points in 12 matches.

Bangalore will now take on SunRisers Hyderabad at Sharjah Cricket Stadium on October 31.
