IPL in UAE: Mumbai beat Delhi to clinch fifth crown

Mumbai Indians defeated Delhi Capitals by five wickets in the final of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020.

Chasing a target of 157 at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Mumbai won the game with eight balls remaining. 

Captain Rohit Sharma top-scored with 68 off 51 deliveries, while Ishan Kishan was unbeaten on 33 (19 balls).

Earlier, skipper Shreyas Iyer (65 not out off 50 balls) and Rishabh Pant (56 off 38 balls) helped Delhi post a total of 156-7 from the allotted 20 overs.

Trent Boult (3-30) was the pick of the Mumbai bowlers.

With this, Mumbai added a fifth IPL trophy to their kitty, which is more than any other team in the tournament's 13-year history.
