Liverpool has lifted the Premier League trophy for the first time in 30 years.

Captain Jordan Henderson lifted the trophy on a specially erected stage at an empty Anfield following their 5-3 win over Chelsea.

Manager Jurgen Klopp promised supporters "a party" to celebrate their win but was unable to put a date to it.

Meanwhile, thousands of fans gathered outside Anfield to celebrate the win despite warnings to stay at home due to the coronavirus outbreak.
