Manchester City's Cancelo set for Saudi Arabia move

AFP

Premier League champions Manchester City have agreed to sell defender Joao Cancelo to Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal in a deal worth £21.2m (AED 102 million).

Cancelo is yet to agree personal terms but this is not expected to be a stumbling block in the deal.

The 30-year-old has been at City for five years but has spent time away from the club on loan at Barcelona and Bayern Munich after a falling out with manager Pep Guardiola.

Cancelo has not featured in either game for City this season.
