McIlroy wins Tour Championship, FedEx Cup

Two-time Omega Dubai Desert Classic winner Rory McIlroy has won the season-ending Tour Championship for a second time to secure the FedEx Cup title.

The Northern Irishman carded a final round 66 to finish four shots clear of Xander Schauffele at East Lake Golf Club.

He now takes home a whopping USD$ 15 million (AED 55 million) in prize money.

Meanwhile overnight leader and world number one Brooks Koepka finished five shots behind McIlroy.
