NBA: Mavericks edge closer to play-offs

The Dallas Mavericks are one win away from the playoffs, after beating the Memphis Grizzlies 103-93. Dirk Nowitzki scored 21 points, but it wasn’t all good news for the Mavericks, as J.J. Barea went off injured. Elsewhere, the San Antonio Spurs went down 102-98 at the Denver Nuggets, the Orlando Magic beat the Miami Heat 112-109, and the LA Lakers lost to the New Orleans Pelicans 110-102.
