PSL: Qalandars steal last ball win

Remember Javed Miandad last-ball six in 1986?

Lahore Qalandars are up to fourth in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) after they edged out Multan Sultans in a thriller on Friday night in Sharjah.

David Wiese hit a six off the last ball of the match to help his side chase down 201 and give the Qalandars their second win of the season.

Meanwhile Islamabad United beat Peshawar Zalmi by 12 runs to leapfrog to third place in the points table.

Saturday's PSL double-header gets underway with league leaders Quetta Gladiators taking on Lahore Qalandars.

Play from the Sharjah Cricket Stadium starts at 3:30 PM.

Islamabad United and Karachi Kings are also in action.

They lock horns at 8 PM.
