Rublev through to Dubai Tennis final

Second-seeded Andrey Rublev has defeated fifth-seed Hubert Hurkacz in three sets on centre court at Dubai Tennis Stadium.

The night's first semi-final in the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships lasted 2h23m09s and finished with a 6-3 5-7 6-7 scoreline. 

The Russian will play the winner of the second semi-final between Jiri Vesely and Denis Shapovalov.

Vesely booked his spot in last night's upset of the tournament.

The 123rd ranked Czech beat the world number one and top-seed Novak Djokovic 6-4 7-6 last night.
