Bukayo Saka has withdrawn from the England squad for the upcoming friendlies against Brazil and Belgium due to injury.

The Arsenal star did not take part in any of his country’s training sessions following to a minor muscle issue, and has returned to his club.

A statement from the Football Association said the 22-year-old had left the squad for "continued rehabilitation".  England are set to face Brazil on Saturday and Belgium on Tuesday.

Arsenal will assess the situation ahead of their crucial clash with Premier League champions Manchester City on March 31.
