Sonny Bill Williams set for Dubai Rugby 7's

Sonny Bill Williams in action for the New Zealand All Blacks

New Zealand All Black, Sonny Bill Williams, has told us he’s coming to this year’s Dubai Rugby 7’s on a scouting mission ahead of joining the team in 2016. The Centre won the Rugby World Cup in England last month, but is changing from the 15’s game to 7’s with the hope of playing in the Rio Olympics. Speaking exclusively to Sports Tonight (or to the ARN News centre) Williams admitted the switch will be a big learning curve. "I know I've got a lot to learn in the 7's game so what better way to start that process than to come over to Dubai," he said. "I'll be lucky enough to hang out with the All Black 7's boys and see what it's all about." Dubai Eye will bring you live coverage throughout all three days of the Dubai Rugby 7's between December 3-5th, 2015.
