UAE bags Jiu-Jitsu medal haul at Asian Championships

The UAE has claimed seven medals on the opening day of Eighth Jiu-Jitsu Asian Championships

The UAE adult national jiu-jitsu team got off to a flying start in the Eighth Jiu-Jitsu Asian Championship, held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council.

The team secured an impressive medal haul in the competition's opening day on Friday.

The players of the national team, both men and women, presented a strong performance, dominated the matches, and succeeded in reaching the podium, winning seven medals, including three gold, two silver, and two bronze.
