UAE defeats Bahrain 1-0 in friendly

The UAE defeated Bahrain 1-0 in a friendly match at Zabeel Stadium in Dubai ahead of the FIFA World Cup Asian qualifiers.

The UAE continued its winning streak after a 3-1 friendly match against Syria last Thursday. 

The friendly matches were held in preparation for the upcoming FIFA World Cup Group A play-off matches, which will hosted by Qatar from October 8 to 14.

The qualifiers will include participation from the UAE, Oman and Qatar. 

The UAE will play its first match against Oman on October 11.
