Woods to play at first two FedExCup Playoff events

Tiger Woods will play in the PGA Tour's opening two FedExCup Playoff events.

The two time Omega Dubai Desert Classic has committed to THE NORTHERN TRUST in New York and the BMW Championship at Medinah Country Club.

Woods is looking to play his way into the season-ending TOUR Championship, where is the defending champion.

He is currently at 27th place in the FedExCup standings.
