World Cup Qualifying: UAE through to next round

The UAE are through to the third and final round of the Asian World Cup Qualifying. A 1-all draw with Saudi Arabia ensured that Mahdi Ali’s side finished as runners-up in Group A. After falling behind in the first half, a stunning strike from Omar Abdulrahman early in the second period levelled matters.
