Blessing Muzarabani set the tone with 3 wickets for 16 runs, supported by Richard Ngarava’s 3/17 and Brad Evans’ 3/18, as Oman were restricted to 103.
In the chase, Tadiwanashe Marumani (21 off 11 balls) got Zimbabwe off to a flying start before a brilliant catch by Wasim Ali and wickets from Sufyan Mehmood (2/12) briefly slowed the innings.
Brian Bennett remained unbeaten on 48, partnering with Brendan Taylor (31) for 68 runs, before skipper Sikandar Raza (5 not out) finished the chase, sealing a comfortable victory with 39 balls to spare.
