The UAE confirmed 2,190 new cases of COVID-19 from 240,744 tests on Thursday.
Another 2,132 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 570,960.
Seven patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 1,717.
A total of 591,613 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 18,936 are currently active.
The Ministry of Health conducts 240,744 tests as part of its plans to expand the scope of the tests, and reveals 2,190 new cases of the #Coronavirus, 2,132 recoveries and 7 death cases due to complications. #TogetherWeRecover
