Abu Dhabi City Municipality has announced the temporary closure of parks, recreational facilities and its affiliated beaches due to expected weather fluctuations.
The municipality says the closures are being introduced as a precaution to protect public safety.
All events have also been suspended until further notice.
Residents and visitors are advised to follow official updates from the authorities as conditions develop.
