The event will focus on preserving the nation’s heritage and showcase the depth of the UAE’s civilization.
The Sheikh Zayed Festival will begin on November 18 in Al Wathba, Abu Dhabi.
The festival is being run under the patronage of UAE President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and upon the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
Some of the highlights include National Day celebrations, the International Civilizations March, New Year’s Eve celebrations and the Al Wathba Costume Show.
The event will run until April 1, 2022, and educate visitors about the UAE's culture, art, customs, and food.
