Dubai authorities confirmed that debris from an aerial interception sparked a fire at a berth in Jebel Ali Port.
Civil Defence teams responded immediately and are working to fully extinguish the blaze. No injuries have been reported.
Authorities have urged the public not to share an old video of a fire from July 7, 2021, which could be misleading.
