The UAE has confirmed 1,214 new cases of COVID-19 from 114,653 tests.
Another 741 people have recovered, taking the overall recovery tally to 140,442.
Meanwhile, two more patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 520.
A total of 145,599 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 4,637 are currently active.
