The UAE has achieved a 90 per cent COVID-19 recovery rate.
That's according to Dr. Omar Al Hammadi, the official spokesperson for the UAE Government.
Dr. Al Hammadi clarified that the country also has a mortality rate of 0.5 per cent, which is among the lowest in the world.
He called on all members of the public to continue acting responsibly by following safety guidelines set by authorities in order to help contain the spread of the virus.
