The Department of Economic Development in Dubai has introduced a ‘Hassle Free’ initiative, with three new services aimed at simplifying procedures for business owners. The services focus on starting a business, automatic renewal on licenses and the special advisor service which targets large business groups and commercial centres in Dubai. The services were implemented as part of a strategy to develop economic sectors, boost investor confidence and strengthen Dubai’s position as a competitive and sustainable business hub. Officials at the DED say the new services will help the ongoing efforts to ease procedures for trade licence holders, as well as improve customer satisfaction and customer convenience.
