Many victims of the fire that gutted a building in Deira have been given free accommodation for three months. Al Shamsi Real Estate, who owns the building, has arranged for the temporary housing. Some are currently staying in one of the firm’s properties in the Hor Al Anz area of Dubai. Victims have been placed in studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats. Mellanie Sulano, who’s been put up in a studio apartment, says other services will be provided to them for free.
