Paid parking timings in Dubai will change during the holy month of Ramadan.
According to the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), motorists will have to feed the meters from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and then again from 8:00 pm to 12:00 midnight (from Saturday to Thursday).
At multi-level parking terminals, the fare will be applicable 24 hours, while in the Tecom parking zone (code F), the fees will be applicable between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
Public transport timings will also be adjusted during Ramadan.
Dubai Metro's Red Line will operate from 05:00 am to 12:00 midnight (Saturday to Wednesday). On Thursdays, from 5:00 am to 1:00 am of the following day, and on Friday, from 10:00 am to 1:00 am of the following day.
Dubai Metro's Green Line will operate from 05:30 am to 12:00 midnight (Saturday to Wednesday). On Thursdays, from 5:30 am to 1:00 am of the following day. and on Friday, from 10:00 am to 1:00 am of the following day.
Dubai Tram's working hours will be from 6:00 am to 1:00 am of the following day (Saturday to Thursday), and on Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 am of the following day.
Public Buses (Dubai Bus) will operate during Ramadan as follows:
- Main Stations (including Gold Souq Station) will operate from 04:29 am to 00:29 am (past midnight).
- Al-Ghubaiba Station from 04:16 am to 01:00 am (of the following day).
- Sub-stations (including Satwa Station) will start from 04:45 am to 11:00 pm except for Route C01 which will be operating around the clock.
- Al-Qusais Bus Station from 04:31 am to 00:04 am (past midnight).
- Al Quoz Industrial Station from 05:05 am to 11:35 pm, and Jebel Ali Station from 04:58 am to 12:15 (past midnight).
- The Metro Link Bus Service at Rashidiya, Mall of the Emirates, Ibn Battuta, Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa, Abu Hail, and Etisalat will be in service from 05:00 am to 00:10 am (past midnight). (Note: The timing of all Metro Link services is synchronised with the metro timetables).
Inter-city Bus and Commercial Coaches will be operating as follows:
- Main Stations, such as Al Ghubaiba, will be operating Route E306 around the clock to Sharjah (Jubail).
- Buses at the Union Square Station will operate from 04:25 am to 00:20 am (past midnight), Etisalat Metro Station from 06:00 am to 9:00 pm, and Abu Hail Metro Station from 06:42 am to 10:40 pm.
- The timing of External Stations will be as follows: Jubail at Sharjah from 05:30 am to 11:20 pm, Ajman from 04:30 am to 11:00 pm, and Hatta from 05:30 am to 09:30 pm.
Marine transport stations:
- The Traditional Abra (Al Fahidi - Al Sabkha and Al Fahidi - Old Deira Souq) will be operating from 9:00 am to 10:45 pm (Saturday to Thursday). On Friday, from 10:00 am to 11:55 pm.
- Abra will be operating on Dubai Old Souq - Baniyas from Saturday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm. On Friday from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm.
- At Baniyas - Seef service from Saturday to Thursday will be from 10:00 am to 10:55 pm, and on Friday from 12:00 noon to 11:50 pm.
- The Old Dubai Souq - Al Fahidi - Seef (Friday) from 12:00 noon to 11:00 pm.
- Al Jaddaf - Dubai Festival City (all days) from 9:00 am to 12:00 midnight.
- Tours from Sheikh Zayed Road Station (Dubai Water Canal) (all days) from 8:00 pm to 12:00 midnight.
- Burj Khalifa station (all days) from 8:00 pm to 11:30 pm and the Global Village (all days) from 6:00 pm to 12:00 midnight.
- The water bus will be operating as follows: From Marina Promenade stations (Marina Mall - Marina Walk - Marina Terrace) from Saturday to Thursday will be from 12:00 pm to 10:25 pm, and on Friday from 12:00 pm to 12:25 past midnight.
- The Ferry service will run as follows: Al Ghubaiba-Dubai Water Canal-Dubai Marina Mall on all days at 11.00 am and at and 05:00 pm (The 11:00 am service will not stop at the Dubai Water Canal). The tourist service from Marina Mall on all days will be at 03:30 pm and 08:00 pm.
RTA's Customer Happiness Centres: Umm Ramool, Al Tawar, Al Manara, Deira, Al-Barsha and Al Kafaf Centres will operate from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm (Saturday to Thursday).
Service Provider Centres (technical testing): The working hours from Saturday to Thursday will be as follows:
- Tasjeel (Al-Awir, Al-Twar and Warsan) from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (morning session), and from 8:00 pm to 12:00 midnight (evening session); Hatta Centre from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm; Jebel Ali Discovery Garden and City of Arabia Centres from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Al Qusais, Al Barsha and Motor City from 8:00 am to 12:00 midnight.
- AutoPro Centre (Satwa and Mankhool) from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
- Al Mutakamela Centre at Al Awir (morning session) from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and (evening session) from 8:00 pm to 1:00 am of the following day. Al Mutakamela Centre at Al Quoz from 8:00 am to 1:00 am of the following day.
- Emarat Centre (Al Adid, Nad Al Hamar and Al Qusais) will be open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (morning session) and from 9:00 pm to 12:00 midnight (evening session).
- Wasel Centre (Al Jadaf, Al Arabi and Nad Al Hamar) will be open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (morning session) and from 9:00 pm to 1:00 am of the following day (evening session).
- Al-Mumayaz Centre (Al-Mizhar and Al-Barsha Mall) will be open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (morning session) and from 9:00 pm to 1:00 am of the following day (evening session).
- Cars Centre (Al Mamzar and Deira) will be open from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (morning session) and from 8:00 pm to 1:00 am of the following day (evening session).
- Tamam Al Kindi Centre will be open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (morning session) and from 9:00 pm to 1:00 am of the following day (evening session).
- Tajdeed and Al Yalayes Centre will be open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (morning session) and from 9:00 pm to 12:00 midnight (evening session).
