Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is rolling out an upgraded seasonal plan for its marine transport services, starting May 2.
Using advanced technology and big data, the RTA has developed a flexible system that adjusts boat schedules and routes based on demand during holidays, festivals and major events.
The new model uses predictive analysis to track passenger numbers, revenue and occupancy rates, helping improve efficiency and reduce costs.
It also aims to boost customer satisfaction by ensuring services run smoothly and meet demand.
The plan will be updated each season using insights from the latest data.
