Dubai is set to offer free bike rentals to the public in celebration of World Environment Day.
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has teamed up with Careem BIKE to provide complementary rides to customers at 186 docking stations across the emirate.
The offer will be valid on Saturday, June 10 to mark World Environment Day, which falls on June 5.
Customers can enjoy the free rides through the Careem app by selecting "BIKE" under the "GO" section and then choosing the "One Day" pass and the code "FREE" which would give them 24-hour access.
Participants will be required to enter their card details as a security measure but will not be charged.
